The site and products are provided as is. Spreadsheet templates are for your own use and may not be shared or resold. The calculators give estimates, not tax, legal or financial advice.

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranty, and may change at any time.
2. Digital products
Thimbleroot products are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Purchases and downloads made through a third-party platform (Gumroad or Apify) are also subject to that platform's terms.
3. Spreadsheet templates
Each template carries a personal-use license, also printed in its License tab. You may use the template and make copies of it for your own selling. You may not redistribute, share, resell, sublicense or repackage it or any part of it, free or paid, including as part of another product.
4. Not tax, legal or financial advice
The calculators estimate fees from rates taken from each platform's official help pages on the date stated in the file. Fees change, and your platform statements are the final word. Thimbleroot is not affiliated with eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Gumroad, Apify or WordPress.org.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Thimbleroot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
